退換貨政策
1、客戶在訂購耗材、防護產品時請仔細確認后再行訂購，由客戶選型失誤而造成的退貨需求，我方不承擔任何責任。
2、防護類產品，如客戶發現缺陷，并經由我方確認后，可申請換貨或換貨。對于此類產品，除制造商明確做出的保證外，我方未做出適用法律規定以外的任何默示或其它的保證。
3、不予退貨說明
（1）色譜柱類產品，一旦使用，我方不予退、換貨。
（2）除運輸，送貨造成破損外的一次性耗材或者滅菌耗材，我方不予退、換貨。
（3）非一次性耗材類產品、玻璃制品、塑料制品，使用后，我方不予退、換貨。
（4）玻璃制品及密封性產品，在客戶驗貨簽收后，我方不予退、換貨。
（5）產品的外包裝、附件、贈品、說明書不完整，發票缺失或涂改，我方不予退、換貨。
